Join the Dunc’s Mill Team on March 18th at the 11th Annual Grain Growers Conference! Duncan will be speaking in the third session, at 2:15 pm. He will look at production and economics of grain based spirits in the context of agriculture and food systems. Focusing on the example of corn-based whiskey, he will compare cost of goods, production process, time, and labor for true craft-distilled sprits compared to those using purchased alcohol.
